Quick Overview

With the Girl in swimsuit and rare 8 bubbles front label design. This changed to 7 bubbles of '7-Up' during the early 40's. The bottle has the embossed 7 Up logo on the neck which was only done during 1937-38. It also has 'the For the stomach's sake do not stir or shake' warning on the back. This warning was printed on 7 Up bottles between 1938 and 1944. The bottom is marked 7-Up North MIssouri Co. Moberly MO and the diamond-oval-I logo of the Owens-Illinois Glass Company. The 8 on the right side of the Owens logo dates the bottle to 1938. The bottle is complete with its cap.
WWII Coca Cola bottles you find all over the place but 7 Up bottles are few and far between especially with the embossed neck logo and complete with the cap. So just when you think you have it all this wartime era bottle will make a great addition to the collection.

Very good condition.
