B-10 & Tanker jacket, 2nd Armored Division ID-ed
Two iconic jackets that belonged to 1st Lieutenant Cromwell D. St Clair, ASN O-426910, who served with the 2nd Armored Division. He was assigned to the 92nd Armored Field Artillery Battalion as an observation pilot and flew a L-4 Piper Cub. St Clair served with the unit during the entire war. Both jackets are in good used condition. The labels are no longer present but the jackets appear to be about size 38/Medium. The zippers are original and so are the wool knitted parts of the B-10 jacket. The cuffs of the tanker jacket were replaced in the field by handmade cuffs. The B-10 has wear to the Alpaca lining. Although the jackets are not named they came directly from the family along with the copies of the various documents, photos and clippings. These copies will be provided with the jackets. Overall a nice ensemble ID-ed to and officer of a famous unit. Both type of jackets are hard to find. They will make a great addition to a collection. View the many photos. Very good condition.
