Musette bag & Catridge belt, ID-ed

€ 269.00

Quick Overview

Equipment that belonged to Elvis B. Averett, ASN 34464733, who enlisted on November 25, 1942. Averette served in B Company of the 298th Engineer Combat Battalion that saw a lot of action in the ETO. The musette bag is 1944 dated and has a hanger added. It is stencilled with ASN and name and also has the initials EBA written on the flap. It comes with a 1944 dated GP strap. The cartridge belt shows more use and seems to be 1942 dated. It is marked twice with the jokingly 'Averett small arms'. Nice items with research potential.

Very good condition.
